Most people calling about a Biohazard job have never dealt with anything like it before. Trauma Clean Pros's Hercules crews walk you through the process on the phone, then arrive ready with the right equipment for exactly what you described.

Trauma Clean Pros operates as a licensed, insured Biohazard remediation company based to serve Hercules and the surrounding Hercules, CA region. Every technician on our roster carries an active bloodborne pathogen certification and works under documented OSHA protocols, whether the job is a single room or a full commercial floor.
When you call, a dispatcher — not a script — asks what happened and gets a crew moving toward your Hercules address immediately.
A completed Biohazard job at Trauma Clean Pros always comes with photo documentation and a written report, since Hercules clients frequently need it for insurance or legal purposes.
We also carry the specific equipment Biohazard work demands — ozone generators, hydroxyl machines, and enzymatic treatments — rather than relying on general-purpose cleaning products that weren't built for biohazard conditions.
Once a bodily fluid has had time to soak into porous material, the contamination extends well past what a mop or standard cleaner can reach. That's the point where a Biohazard specialist, not a cleaning service, needs to step in. Around Hercules, our dispatch line hears these situations on a weekly basis:
The longer these situations go unaddressed, the more material typically needs to be removed, since contamination doesn't stay contained to where it started.
A passing that goes undiscovered for days leaves decomposition fluid, odor, and insect activity that reaches into subfloor and wall cavities.
Investigators clear the scene for evidence purposes, but the physical restoration — from blood removal to structural repair — is a separate job entirely.
Deep hoarding cleanups regularly uncover contamination and structural issues hidden underneath layers of clutter.
A backup introduces blackwater contamination that turns porous building materials into a health hazard until they're removed.
Confirmed exposure sites need EPA-registered disinfectants applied under a documented protocol, not a standard cleaning visit.
Workplace incidents can leave contamination that falls outside a maintenance crew's normal scope.
No two Biohazard calls are identical, so our Hercules team evaluates the property first, then proposes a scope. Here's the range we cover.
Overlapping issues are common, and our Hercules crews are equipped to scope and quote multiple service categories in the same visit rather than sending you to a separate contractor.
We treat every surface the incident reached with enzymatic and hospital-grade disinfection, not just what's visible on top.
Decomposition jobs typically involve pulling contaminated materials and treating odor with ozone or hydroxyl generators before final sanitization.
Our crews sort belongings methodically, separating salvageable items from biohazard waste and flagging mold or structural concerns as we go.
Blackwater extraction is followed by removal of anything porous that absorbed contamination, then a full antimicrobial application.
We follow a documented decontamination checklist for homes, offices, and vehicles tied to a confirmed infectious exposure.
We handle commercial and industrial biohazard events with full chain-of-custody waste disposal paperwork.
Call +1-844-401-0166 and a dispatcher asks about the scope and hazards on scene before a crew is ever routed out.
Our Hercules coverage keeps a crew close by, so arrival time rarely stretches past an hour.
Technicians contain the space first, then move through removal and hospital-grade disinfection.
Regulated waste is transported and disposed of per Hercules, CA guidelines, and you receive a full report for insurance or legal use.
Certification and insurance travel with every Hercules technician on every job, no exceptions.
Because we station technicians near Hercules, response times hold steady even during off-hours calls.
A written price is provided before work begins, and it stays the same once the crew is on-site.
Our trucks stock the same equipment used in medical-grade decontamination, not consumer-grade cleaning supplies.
Every job passes a final inspection before we consider it complete, and if a follow-up check finds anything unresolved, we return at no additional cost. We hold this standard regardless of property size or job complexity.
You also get a direct line to the technician assigned to your job, not a rotating call center queue, from first quote to final walkthrough.
We also stand behind the paperwork: if an insurance adjuster needs additional documentation or clarification after the job is closed, we provide it at no extra charge.
Trauma Clean Pros dispatches crews throughout Hercules and the broader Hercules, CA region, positioned to reach most addresses within the hour.
